Atomic Hummus

Atomic Hummus is a small, local food business focused on fresh, flavorful hummus and Mediterranean-style sides. We offer several varieties of hummus, including Original, Garlic, Cilantro Jalapeño, Smoky Chipotle, Lemon Basil, and much more. We also plan to offer items such as pita chips,pita bread, olives, tabbouleh, Taziki, and stuffed grape leaves. Our products are prepared and packaged in a licensed commercial commissary kitchen, following food safety requirements for farmers markets.

We got into this business because we wanted to share fresh, high-quality food that feels homemade, welcoming, and connected to our family-style kitchen memories. Hummus has always been a food that brings people together, and we wanted to create something simple, healthy, flavorful, and meaningful for the community.
